Isaac Cohrs is a Professional Engineer with more than a decade of experience in civil, structural, and geotechnical engineering. As R&R’s Engineering Department Manager, he leads the firm’s civil team with a focus on collaboration, innovation, and client-centered solutions.

Isaac’s expertise spans site design, hydrologic and hydraulic analysis, permitting, and construction support. He has managed complex land development and energy infrastructure projects, guiding teams through every stage from preliminary design and cost estimating to final project delivery. Known for his ability to solve challenges on difficult sites, Isaac ensures projects are efficient, constructable, and aligned with client objectives.
