TODD SMITH, PhD, PE, LEED AP

EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT

Todd brings over 40 years of experience in multi-state design and construction for heavy civil, utilities, site work, landscape, and reclamation. As Executive Vice President, Todd focuses primarily on teaching, formalizing, and streamlining engineering procedures. He brings a strong background in public and private sectors including multi-family, multi-use, industrial, synthetic and natural fields, environmental projects, bridges, and specialty coatings.

Prior to joining R&R, Todd was a VP at a large general contractor and Senior Manager at other specialty contractors and with a DOT where he consulted with clients and provided operations and office management. Todd’s operational knowledge coupled with his ability to connect with people will allow R&R to foster sustainable relationships with clients, partners, and colleagues far beyond the individual project. In addition to his role at R&R, Todd served on multiple committees including CO Contractors Association Erosion Control MBPs, CO State University Construction Management Advisory, and CO Waterwise Advisory.
