This 63-acre development in Gypsum will include commercial, multi-family, and single-family residential uses. R&R is supporting the first phase of construction, which includes a portion of the roadway infrastructure and a new post office for the Town of Gypsum.

With no home mail delivery in Gypsum, the post office is a critical community resource, and the Town is eager to advance a more accessible, better-located facility. Hillpointe is the developer for the residential portions of the project, and construction began in fall 2025.

R&R has coordinated closely with the Town, a photometric subconsultant, and utility providers to maintain schedule and resolve site constraints, including existing utilities and an irrigation ditch that must be rerouted via piping. The project highlights cross-department coordination and has led to additional work beyond the initial engagement.
