R&R is providing comprehensive land development services for a 1,100+ acre site in the Nevada desert planned for a large-scale, multi-building data center campus. The site is organized into clustered hubs, with individual buildings ranging from 100,000 to 1,000,000 square feet and more than 17 million square feet anticipated at full build-out.

Planned site uses also include bitcoin mining data centers, industrial recycling, and mineral tailings processing. Key drivers include an onsite electrical substation, nearby commercial solar farms and lithium mining activity, and 387 acre-feet of annual water rights from an onsite well.

R&R completed a turnkey land survey with aerial imagery and topography, is coordinating geotechnical and environmental analysis, and is leading early land planning and civil engineering for the conceptual site layout.
