R&R is providing surveying and civil engineering services to support Maiker Housing Partners’ new 7.6-acre age-restricted (55+) affordable housing campus in North Denver. The project includes a mix of multifamily, fourplex, and townhome-style residences.
Extensive title review, deed research, and boundary surveying was performed to resolve overlapping and missing land claims through a new plat dedication. R&R’s initial role helped establish accurate property information and support entitlement efforts to advance the project into design and construction. R&R is currently in design development and permitting with the County, including full site layout, grading and drainage design, and utility main extensions and services connections.
