Working for the Aurora Housing Authority (AHA), R&R provided site planning, utility, and roadway infrastructure design, drainage design, grading, design, and final construction documents with the City approval for the 68-unit, multiple-building apartment complex, complete with an onsite playground, open space, and clubhouse for community use and engagement. R&R was able to utilize long length, but small width tracts of land on the exterior of the property to provide the required detention pond and water quality facilities, allowing for a maximum developed area for resident use.
