R&R provided comprehensive site planning and civil engineering design for the multi-building apartment complex with clubhouse, outdoor pool, and dog park amenities, as well as associated drive aisles surface parking stalls, and garages. Unique efforts were put for the upfront for conceptual grading and earthwork analysis for an efficient site layout. R&R ushered the site through Colorado Springs, Colorado Spring Utility, and Colorado Springs Stormwater Enterprise entitlement processes with full service civil engineering.
