Perry Leleux is an Assistant Project Manager at R&R and brings a well-rounded background in civil engineering and site development, supporting projects from early planning through final design and construction. Licensed as a Professional Engineer in both Colorado and Texas, Perry combines technical expertise with strong project coordination to help clients navigate complex developments efficiently and successfully.

Perry’s experience includes civil site design, grading, drainage, stormwater management, utility design, and construction documentation for a wide range of project types. Throughout his career, he has worked closely with project managers, clients, municipalities, and multidisciplinary teams to develop practical engineering solutions while maintaining schedules, coordinating design efforts, and ensuring quality deliverables.
