LOVELAND, CO
R&R provided site survey and civil engineering design for this ground up, single story industrial building for medical plastics and pharmaceutical manufacturing. This development was the initial building of a multi-phase business park subdivision located on vacant land south of Loveland, CO. In addition to the site-specific engineering, R&R provided design for new utility mains, roadways, and drainage infrastructure for the initial phase of business park development.
