R&R provided site surveying and civil engineering services for the renovation of the existing Colorado National Bank building into a four-star hotel. Updates to the site drainage and water quality were required by the City, as well as major improvements to the streetscape. R&R provided a thorough Transportation Engineering Plan (TEP) submittal to the City on behalf of our client to facilitate the renovation.
