R&R provided site planning and turnkey civil engineering for a new 70,000 square feet FedEx Distribution Center on an 11-acre site in Bend, Oregon. Our team jumped in quickly to evaluate proposed site layout, roadway, and utility connections and provided value engineering that reduced the land area necessary and eliminated excessive utility main and roadway extensions. R&R was able to streamline production of construction documents for grading, drainage, utilities and erosion control and in doing so, exceeded our client's expectations with our rapid schedule.
