ALSCO American Linen consisted of an addition to the existing building and related building space, as well as improvements to the existing parking lot. Services included site planning, entitlements, utility design, site grading & drainage, easement dedication, and construction document approval through the City and County of Denver. Unique design elements included the addition of two pump systems to regulate the release rates from each site, the addition of a PLD to meet the above-ground WQ detention requirements, TEP improvements, a new fire hydrant, and coordinating the phasing of the project to enable the building to remain open.
