R&R completed land surveying and civil engineering services including utility design, site grading and drainage, and construction documents. Unique design elements for this site included coordinating fire access with the front entry of the building and running a water main extension through the site to accommodate each building. The majority of the development drains to a water quality detention pond, enhanced with landscaping and a block retaining wall to provide additional volume.
