R&R provided survey and civil engineering services for a 5-story parking garage at the corner of Acoma Street and 7th Avenue in Denver. Services included preparing the survey sheet and utility and grading sheet to support the architect with entitlements approval. In addition, R&R prepared an ALTA survey and civil construction documents including the final drainage report and storm sewer plans, transportation engineering plan, sanitary sewer plan, Denver Water plans, and stormwater management plan and report.
