Originally known as Green Valley, R&R provided turnkey survey, platting, and civil engineering services for infrastructure and lot design for 120 homes on lots ranging from 0.25 acres to 2 acres. R&R was heavily involved in the creation of the HOA district and coordination with Castle Pines North. Unique design consideration was given to area drainage and conveyance via a channel through the center of the subdivision.
