R&R completed the site surveying, platting, and civil engineering for this two-story medical office building. Services included providing entitlement support through various neighborhood and architectural control committees regarding various elements of site development: planning, engineering, drainage, water, sanitary sewer, public improvements, etc. Unique design challenges to the site included a drastic level of grade change across the site, which resulted in a tuck-under delivery access for shipments.
