R&R completed professional engineering, survey, and planning services for more than 15 new Chase Bank construction stores located in the Denver Metro area and Southern Colorado. Services included due diligence, site planning, entitlements, utility design, survey, subdivision platting, site grading, and drainage design, construction documents, and permitting. The unique design was undertaken with the coordination of dry utility connections, providing fire lane access, and re-purposing existing retail sites.
