ROB DEVENNEY, PE

SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

Rob leads teams in preparing full engineering plans, feasibility studies, and cost analyses in addition to coordinating design efforts and working regularly with the city, county, and state agencies. He brings over 10 years of experience in civil engineering management with expertise in single-family lot design, mixed-use, commercial, industrial, residential subdivision, townhome, big box retail, pond, and underground detention design.

Prior to joining R&R, Rob worked at Bowman Consulting Group as a Senior Project Manager and developed extensive experience in working within the jurisdictions of Denver, Colorado Springs, Commerce City, Loveland, Winter Park, Grand County, Aurora, Granby, and Littleton. Experience includes entitlements, planning and zoning approval, stormwater management, erosion and sediment control, construction plan approval, and as-built plans.
