Tim has over 17 years of civil design experience working in the public and private sectors including roadway designs, municipal infrastructure upgrades, healthcare facilities, industrial sites, commercial developments, and residential subdivisions.

His responsibilities include managing civil engineering teams, preparing preliminary & final engineering reports, construction cost estimates, contract administration, and maintaining clear communication with clients.

Tim is particularly recognized for his nationwide experience, which has equipped him with a deep understanding of regional regulations, funding mechanisms, and stakeholder dynamics. These experiences have strengthened his ability to navigate complex challenges, mitigate risks, and ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of projects.
