R&R provided site civil engineering services for a portion of the 11-acre site located at the intersection of East Kentucky and South Ironton Streets, including site planning, utility and roadway design, drainage design, grading design, and final construction documents with City approval. This Aurora Housing Authority project includes common outdoor space for events and recreation, as well as multiple residential buildings with specialized onsite amenities such as exercise rooms, laundry rooms, and hair salon.
