R&R was brought into this project after the original civil engineering group became overwhelmed with the complexity of the site layout for 14 luxury condominiums with tuck-under garages nestled at the bottom of Aspen Mountain. R&R provided turnkey civil engineering for the project, including unique design for site stormwater drainage, snowfall and snowmelt management, and rock slide analysis. The site offered grading challenges as well requiring multiple retaining walls and finished floor elevations that work seamlessly with each other to create a luxurious residential getaway.
