CEO & PRESIDENT

Tony focuses on improving the quality and efficiency of R&R’s processes, creating career advancement opportunities for staff, while guiding R&R’s operations and strategic direction. With more than 23 years of experience in the industry, Tony has developed the leadership and management skills to steward R&R into the future by building relationships with our clients and colleagues beyond an individual project, and fostering collaboration with the community to bring engaging development projects to fruition.

Tony is a 2nd generation surveyor who successfully created a surveying department with Saunders Construction before joining R&R in 2012 as a Project Surveyor / Party Chief. Since then, Tony has created a self-sustaining Survey Department, increased revenues, mentored project teams, and streamlined R&R processes. By April 2019, Tony was appointed President and by 2025 he was promoted to CEO to continue guiding operations and set the strategic direction of the firm.
