Douglas Dunkin, PE, LEED AP, is the Owner of R&R Engineers-Surveyors, Inc.—a Denver-based, full-service civil engineering and land surveying firm with more than 36 years of land development experience. Under Doug’s leadership, R&R has expanded its reach across 16 states and manages hundreds of active projects worldwide.

Doug brings unmatched technical expertise and strategic leadership to a broad range of high-impact developments. His extensive portfolio includes secure Department of Defense facilities—such as SCIFs and U.S. Embassies—mission-critical data centers, large-scale industrial campuses, mixed-use communities, multi-phase residential neighborhoods, and complex commercial sites.

He remains closely involved in high-level project strategy, maintaining direct communication with executives and board members on select initiatives. With decades of hands-on experience, Dougworks with his team to coordinate across construction, engineering, and entitlement phases—ensuring alignment with project goals and delivering practical, value-driven solutions. Over the course of his career, he has helped bring thousands of federal, DoD, commercial, residential, industrial, and municipal developments to life.
