As CEO of R&R, Tony focuses on guiding the firm’s long-term vision, building strong relationships, and creating opportunities for both employees and clients to succeed. With more than 25 years of experience, he brings a practical, people-first approach to leadership, supporting professional growth and cultivating lasting connections throughout the industry.

A second-generation surveyor, Tony began his career in the field and went on to establish a surveying department at Saunders Construction before joining R&R in 2012 as a Project Surveyor and Party Chief. His experience and leadership helped to grow R&R’s Survey Department and strengthen the firm’s capabilities. Tony was named President in 2019 and became CEO in 2025, bringing a firsthand understanding of the work and the people behind it to his role today. His career reflects a commitment to developing strong teams, fostering lasting partnerships, and leading with the same dedication that has guided him from the field to the executive level.

Tony continues to build on R&R’s solid foundation while leading the firm toward its next chapter. With an understanding of where R&R has been and what it takes to move forward, he remains focused on creating opportunities for the firm and its people to grow.
