Douglas Dunkin, PE, LEED AP, is the Owner of R&R Engineers-Surveyors, Inc., a Denver-based civil engineering and land surveying firm with more than 38 years of land development experience. After years of overseeing company operations, Doug’s primary focus now is on business development, client relationships, and identifying strategic opportunities that support R&R’s continued growth.

Drawing on decades of experience across commercial, residential, industrial, federal, and municipal markets, Doug brings a broad perspective to conversations with clients, partners, developers, and industry leaders. His background includes work associated with secure DoD facilities, SCIFs, U.S. Embassies, mission-critical data centers, industrial campuses, mixed-use developments, residential communities, and complex commercial projects.

Today, Doug is most often engaged externally, developing relationships, exploring new markets, and helping connect clients and partners with the right resources within the firm. He lends his experience to select strategic opportunities where long-standing industry knowledge and executive-level relationships can add value.
