R&R completed a comprehensive site survey for the 15-acre Colorado Mountain College – Breckenridge Campus located on 107 Denison Placer Road, documenting full boundary, physical site features, building corners, above and below-ground utilities, and site topography. The survey was prepared to current ALTA standards which included an exhaustive review of title documents, easements of record, known encumbrances, and recorded plat documents. This survey not only provides a detailed account of the existing conditions of the current CMC building and site infrastructure but will serve as the base file starting point for any proposed improvements or growth initiatives for the campus.
