R&R has partnered with Norris Design to provide survey and civil engineering services for Brighton's new Urban Plaza, an open space for the community to gather and relax in the heart of the city. The plaza’s features include shaded meeting and seating areas, a multi-use open area, and a family-friendly activity area.

Additionally, R&R provided a survey and civil engineering for two neighborhood parks in connection with this project. In celebration of its 50th Anniversary, R&R updated the Brighton Japanese American Association (BJAA) Neighborhood Park with grading, drainage, and erosion control improvements to site amenities and an existing ballpark field. For the Water Tower Fields site, R&R provided services for additional athletic fields including field placement, grading, drainage, and erosion control design.
