EDUCATION

Jeff has over 25 years of land surveying experience with a strong emphasis on construction surveying. He is responsible for training, coordinating, and managing R&R’s 22-person field crews while managing project schedules, budgets, and final document preparation for various types of surveys. He is familiar with both urban and rural surveying environments and has an excellent understanding of the logistics required to mobilize field crews to meet project timelines. Jeff also is involved in identifying new growth opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and maintaining existing client relationships. By proactively working alongside R&R’s civil engineering department, Jeff provides great value for both the design and construction of a site for R&R and our clients.  

Throughout his career, Jeff has worked on many large-scale construction sites including layouts for multiple airports, military bases, and master-planned communities where he developed a strong track record of project planning/execution, team building, and effective budgeting.
