MAPLETON SCHOOL DISTRICT

R&R provided campus design for Mapleton School District’s Global Leadership Academy. The project featured a PK-3 building, 4-8 building, 9-12 building, a fine arts facility, a career/tech building, with an outdoor play area and multiple athletic fields. In addition, R&R provided turnkey services for the project, including onsite and offsite surveys, entitlements, site planning, and civil design. Unique design considerations were undertaken for the multiple phases of construction, balancing earthwork for each phase, and improvements to offsite drainage facilities to accommodate the new campus.
