R&R is proudly providing civil engineering services for a new, first-class boutique hotel called, The Ramble Hotel. The 17th Century French-inspired hotel will be located in the River North District of downtown Denver (RiNo). The Ramble Hotel will feature 50 beds and a new Death & Co bar, a world-renowned cocktail industry leader based out of New York City.
Jesse Donovan, PE (Project Manager at R&R), has been involved in the project from the beginning and is closely collaborating with the award-winning Architecture and Interior Design Firm, Johnson Nathan Strohe (JNS), and the Developer, Gravitas, an innovative urban infill development company based in downtown Denver.
R&R has enjoyed providing turn-key survey and civil design services on this project. Unique design consideration was given for finished floor elevation grade constraints on the infill site. Construction has started with the hotel tentatively scheduled to open in early 2018, according to Gravitas’ website.
