2014 Bike to Work Day Success

Bike to Work 2014 - R&RR&R was pleased to participate in Denver’s 2014 Bike to Work Day with several staff members commuting via cycling and taking advantage of sponsored breakfast stations. With R&R’s central location in downtown Denver, we have staff arrive from all across the Front Range, and our cyclists were no exception. Everything from 2 miles to 20 miles of commute, with riders coming in from the north, south, and east via cycling trails, local neighborhood roads, and even main thoroughfares like Broadway. Regardless of the distance, all of our cycling commuters got to lower their carbon footprint, save urban space for parking, get a great cardiovascular workout, and enjoy the fresh air. Beyond Bike to Work Day R&R has seen regular bike commuting gain in popularity, with one or two bikes parked in our office nearly every day all summer long.
In addition to those at R&R that made Bike to Work Day a success, we want to acknowledge R&R’s partners, colleagues, and clients that also made a commitment to bicycling commuting this June:
