West Line Village has been an evolving project that R&R has been involved in from the beginning. Working with the visionary Trailbreak Partners LLC, R&R provided site survey and coordinated a complicated entitlements process for the transit oriented development site. After months of complex site engineering, West Line Village is now getting ready for construction and will provide an urban, residential enclave that is directly linked to downtown Denver, and the greater metro area through its close proximity to the W Line.

Rubio’s Coastal Grill continues to expand their footprint here in Colorado, and R&R is there to help their adaptive repurpose of shuttered and rundown restaurant pads. Working with John Sponseller at Ethos Architecture, R&R breathed new life into an old Fazoli’s location at 111 W. Mineral Ave. in Littleton. The new store looks great, inside and out, and is an improvement to the established retail corridor. We can’t wait to assist on their next locale!
